ronni
If you are in a Samsung printer offline state then you can fix it by setting up a static address. To set a static address, open the control panel and open ‘Printers and devices’. Select the Samsung printer and click on ‘manage’. After that, open the properties and select ‘ports’ that will display the IP address of it. Open the printer settings and enter the credentials. Once the page has loaded, go to network or connectivity and then change it from automatic to static. You can type your own IP address if it doesn’t show but make sure it is like the original one. Save it, enter the router’s IP address and then choose enter. Go to the device manager and set the ip address if it doesn’t show up one and then try printing.
